Manny Pacquiao must KO Shane Mosley to make fight exciting

With so many critics speaking out against and possibly protesting the Manny Pacquiao-Shane Mosley fight, members of Team Pacquiao are trying to hype up the fact that Manny Pacquiao can become the first fighter ever to KO Shane Mosley. In a Tuesday interview with Fighthype.com, Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach continued his public "war cry" that the PacMan will be the first ever fighter to knockout the future HOF'er Shane Mosley:

"Manny Pacquiao doesn't take anyone lightly. His training methods and training desire is unbelievable...he better sharpen them up and be ready because we're coming for him. Manny Pacquiao is the best fighter in the world and we're going to be the first fighter to knock Shane out,"

Another 12 round dominant performance by Manny Pacquiao is an undesirable outcome for this fight. We've seen him do that too many times now. With an older fighter that most consider an easier fight for Manny, a UD is already a foregone conclusion. In fact, many of these critics are even frowning on this notion.

Manny Pacquiao must KO Shane Mosley and prove to the critics that this fight is still worthy to add to the PacMan's resume. Additionally, Pacquiao will do something that Floyd Jr couldn't do when he fought Mosley last year. A KO should also silence the critics because nobody has ever KO'd Mosley before.

Despite Manny's choice in fighting Mosley, most of us still want an exciting fight. In my opinion, a 12 round UD would not be that exciting based on the previously mentioned reasons. Only a KO will make this fight exciting.
